Inside the product.
Real application screens with sample company data. Turkish interface shown.
Keep the finding. Follow the improvement.
Opening a record is the start of quality management. What follows matters: assigning responsibility, tracking the work and documenting how the result was verified.
A measurement deviation in production
From recording a nonconformity to root cause analysis, corrective action and effectiveness review.
Record the nonconformity in context.
Define the issue with its source, department and responsible person. Connect related records and actions to the same process.
Nonconformity recordedThe finding, owner and due date are recorded.
Identify the cause and plan the action.
Carry out root cause analysis within the CAPA record. Define the correction, corrective action, owner and target date, then track implementation.
Action in progressProgress from analysis to implementation is visible.
Review effectiveness before closing.
Record effectiveness criteria and the evaluation result. Manage closure while retaining decisions and activity history.
Effectiveness reviewedActions and review decisions remain in the history.

Questions about QMS
Do KYS and QMS refer to the same system?
Yes. KYS is the Turkish abbreviation for Quality Management System. SEZHEL QMS appears as SEZHEL KYS in the application. The screenshots show its Turkish interface.
Can we use our Word, Excel and PDF files?
Supported PDF, DOCX and XLSX files can be imported. Bulk file and folder imports include checks on document information and mappings. Uploading an Excel file as a document does not automatically turn its rows into application records.
Does the software provide ISO certification?
The software supports document control, actions, audit records and traceability. Certification is a separate assessment process. We can also discuss quality management and certification preparation consulting if required.
How do we introduce QMS to our company?
We first review your document structure, departments and approval workflow. Together we define installation of the desktop client and central server, data migration and support scope, then plan a pilot.
After your demo request
Understand your workflow
Let’s discuss your team, current tracking method and the main problem you want to solve. We need your process and expectations; real customer or employee records are not required.
Follow a sample together
Follow document revision and approval, or trace a nonconformity through corrective action and an effectiveness check using sample records.
Define the pilot and proposal
If the product fits, agree on users, deployment, data migration, training and support. We will set out the pilot acceptance criteria and proposal scope in writing.
