GRI and TSRS reporting.
From data to practical objectives.

We guide the preparation of your sustainability reports in line with GRI and TSRS standards, supporting data collection, analysis and reporting with a focus on transparency and compliance.

For industrial businesses starting sustainability work, responding to customer data requests or preparing for GRI and Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) reporting.

A reporting framework that fits your purpose

ESG · Priorities and management

We assess environmental, social and governance topics alongside your activities and stakeholder expectations. Material topics, responsible teams and indicators are brought into a shared working structure.

GRI · Reporting impacts

GRI focuses on reporting an organisation’s significant impacts on the economy, environment and people. We support impact identification, data requirement mapping and preparation of evidence-based disclosures.

TSRS · Financial information and climate

TSRS 1 addresses general sustainability-related financial disclosures; TSRS 2 addresses climate disclosures. We work with relevant teams to assess scope, risks and opportunities, governance and the required data structure.

Resource efficiency and transition

We assess monitoring needs for energy, water, waste and material use. Circular economy, Green Deal alignment and improvement projects are connected to measurable objectives, with specialist input coordinated according to the assignment.

How we work together

We agree scope, responsibilities and deliverables at the outset. Progress is reviewed against completed work and outstanding needs.

Prepare for the first conversation
  1. Define the reporting purpose

We clarify the intended audience, company and site boundaries, reporting period and relevant requirements. Voluntary reporting and regulatory obligations are assessed separately.

    Scope, framework and working schedule
  2. Organise the data sources

Each indicator receives a definition, unit, owner and control method. Missing periods, estimates and assumptions are recorded transparently.

    Data inventory, owners and controls
  3. Connect disclosures to action

We prepare draft disclosures from the collected data and review consistency with your teams. Objectives are connected to the activities and indicators needed to track them.

Illustrative assignment

A factory’s energy indicator

In this illustrative assignment, reduced electricity consumption is not automatically presented as greater efficiency. Production volume, site boundaries and comparison periods are also considered.

  • Define the period, unit and site boundary for invoice or meter data.
  • Compare with production data and explain gaps or changes in method.
  • Connect the improvement objective to a responsible team and review frequency.

Where should we start?

These topics help us understand your requirements. We can identify any missing records during the initial assessment.

  • Reporting requests from customers or stakeholders
  • Company structure, sites and target reporting period
  • Existing energy, water, waste and relevant operational records
  • Contacts in finance, HR, environment and operations

Common questions

Does every company have to report under TSRS?

No. Applicability depends on company characteristics, the reporting period and current scope rules issued by Türkiye’s Public Oversight Authority (KGK). A sector name alone does not establish an obligation. We begin by identifying the company information needed for a scope assessment.

Are ESG, GRI and TSRS the same?

ESG describes environmental, social and governance topics. GRI and TSRS are reporting standards with different focuses. GRI addresses significant impacts, while TSRS addresses sustainability-related financial information. One does not automatically replace the other.

Can we start if our data is not organised?

Yes. The initial assignment may establish a data inventory and responsibilities before drafting a report. Available information, missing data and any estimates are identified transparently. Unavailable historical information is not presented as measured data.

Does report preparation provide independent assurance?

No. Reporting preparation and independent assurance are separate services. Where assurance is required, review by an authorised provider is planned separately. This SEZHEL service does not issue a certificate, assurance opinion or sustainability rating.

Coordinate the reporting schedule across teams.

Use SEZHEL Flow to track data collection tasks, owners and approval dates. Flow is not an emissions calculator or an automatic sustainability reporting tool.

Reporting requirements are assessed using current sources for the relevant period. Eligibility and specialist requirements for energy performance certificates, green buildings, carbon or plastic credit projects are assessed separately. We do not promise credit revenue, incentives or certification outcomes.
